Welcome to the CVWA application section. This section has been created in
order to expedite the application process for new members. Membership
dues are $34.00 for the first year which includes a name badge and subsequent
annual dues are $25.00 per year. Please print and fill out
the two forms located down below on the right and bring them with you to
your first meeting so you can quickly begin enjoying member benefits. It will be
necessary that you have Acrobat Reader on your computer to obtain the
Application for Membership and the Waiver. You can click on the logo below to
