Shopping List Holder made from Hickory and finished in Natural Watco.

The Bowl and Letter Opener and Key Caddy were made by John McNeil, Gene's grandson and are among his first projects. The finish on the bowl is Mineral Oil and floor wax mixed. The others are finished in Formby's.

Gene made this Nut Cracker from Walnut and finished it in Carnauba Wax and Mineral Oil in a 50:50 mix. Note the beautiful wood threads!

Gene made this bowl from Arlen wood (Walnut) and Poplar. He sliced a single piece of Walnut and inserted Poplar strips as an inlay before turning. The finish is Watco.

Hidden Compartment Key Ring turned from an Olive branch at cousin's ranch in the Central Valley. It is finished in WATCO.
Bowl made from back yard Apricot turned by Gene and decorated by termites. The finish is WATCO and Forby's Finish.
