Cube in a Cube. How is it done? Hint: large Forsner Bit!
Marble Coordination Game. Wood: Red Oak, Cherry, Mahogany, and Baltic Birch Plywood. Finish: Watco Danish Oil and topped with Deft Satin spray Lacquer.
Pencil in a Board. How is this done? There are no cut or glue lines and no glue is used.

The first is a Grizzly Bear. It is made of Stude Walnut and is finished with Tung Oil.

This is a sculpture in which individual carvings of geese (walnut) and fish (tupelo) have been mounted. It is titled "Sea & Sky" and finished with semi-gloss varathane. The light source from opposite directions shows off the 3-D quality. The simple dadoed walnut frame wraps up this project.

Marshall's entry is the elegant Cribbage Board and Box. It is built from Santos Mahogany and finished in Tung Oil and wax. There are 367 holes; a magnetic latch keeps it from opening.
